In this fun and interactive workshop, pairs will work together to master the art of "tie-dye" pasta sheets, using all-natural ingredients to create stunning, colorful patterns in the dough. You will then roll and cut your custom sheets into beautiful ravioli stuffed with a savory, seasoned sausage filling. While you craft your masterpieces, I will prepare a classic state-fair-style accompaniment of sweet roasted peppers and onions to serve with your fresh pasta.
