This class is for all levels of ability, whether you are looking to get back into exercise to regain mobility and greater quality of life, or if you are looking for new ways to challenge yourself, or anything in between. The exercises and techniques you will learn are based mostly on the body's natural crossing movement patterns used in walking and crawling. The exercises covered with increase joint mobility and muscle flexibility, improve focus and concentration, invigorates circulation, reduces chronic body pain and increases overall well-being. Everything you will learn can be applied to your daily life, and improve performance in any activity or sport. The course will focus on developing an individual, solo practice that you can do at home, at the gym, or even at work. Wear comfortable clothing and avoid eating heavy within an hour of class. Bring water. Yoga mats are optional. 12 sessions/18 hours
