Specialty Bread Making

You will learn the basics of making bread from scratch, using yeast. This class is instructed with a hands-on step-by-step approach that will culminate with bread to take home. You will make a Rosemary bread that is a crusty and delicious Italian type bread that pairs well with pasta, a challah bread that is a traditional egg bread, the hearty but not heavy Swedish rye bread and a holiday coffee cake that is sure to impress your guests. These breads will have your family and friends wanting more! This class is limited to 10 students. 4 weeks/10 hours
