Short Description: This course was designed as a supplemental study guide for the major content areas of Chapter 5 of A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), Sixth Edition. In this course, you will learn how the processes in the Project Scope Management knowledge area interact with other aspects of the project life cycle in order to shape and define the work for a project. You will learn how to define both project scope and product scope, as well as how to create the scope baseline which acts as a guideline for determining project activities. Additionally, you will learn how to construct a work breakdown structure, how to avoid scope creep, and how to formally accept project deliverables and move on the next steps.
