Photoshop Intermediate- Practical Uses

Prerequisite: Students must have a working knowledge of the computer and basic software and a basic knowledge of Photoshop (Photoshop for Beginners or equivalent)
This class is designed for the student who understands the basics of Photoshop and would like to explore practical uses of Photoshop. Using a wide variety of tools you will work on a number of projects useful in both the private and business sectors. From Smart objects to EPS/Vector shaped design elements, we will discover how Photoshop can assist us in a creative world.

    • Batch sizing, combining numerous steps into one action, repeat processes
  • Smart Objects / Vector-EPS
  • Graphic design
    • Birthday, wedding, invitation cards
    • Corporate flyers
    • Posters
  • Water marking your work
  • Understanding Blend Modes
  • Photo repair – a closer look
  • Use of Text
Students must supply their own memory stick (16 Gb minimum suggested)
Class is limited to 12 students. 6 weeks/18 hours
