A 6-week immersive “book club” that covers a sampling of sections and exercises from “The Death Doula’s Guide to Living Fully and Dying Prepared.” Anticipate engaging discussions about mortality and end-of-life planning in a supportive environment, plus a sense of accomplishment after completing a variety of meaningful activities! This series is for adults of any age and health status who are curious and interested in exploring their life! We will meet for two hours weekly for 6 weeks plus at-home work in between. The program includes some reading, writing (kept private), and sharing aloud within a friendly group. We reflect back on your life, plan ahead for things to come and find peace along the way.
