Experience joyful movement that unites mind, body and spirit in a practice that is approachable and accessible for all.

Rope flow is a low-impact and dynamic movement practice that can improve coordination, balance, mobility, joint health and lymphatic circulation.

Taught using the Flotron Method, this practice goes far beyond the physical benefits by reframing movement as an accessible daily ritual that rewires your brain for consistency, dissolves stress and expands your capacity for joy.

Using rope flow to achieve flow state - complete immersion in an activity where time fades, self-consciousness disappears and individuals experience deep enjoyment and clarity - can lead to enhanced well-being and happiness, boost performance and creativity, reduce stress and improve focus.

Participants will learn new moves and sequences while engaging their mind-body connection. This 4-week immersion provides a deep dive into technique and theory, equipping participants with a dependable daily movement practice.
