FREQUENTLY-ASKED QUESTIONS

Q:  Where is your office located?
 
A:  The Community Education Office is located immediately on the right as you enter the main entrance glass doors. 
 
Q:  Where do I park?
 
A:  Parking is available around the building in designated areas.  
 
Q:  Who can attend Bay Path Adult Evening School classes?
 
A:  Registration is open to anyone 18 years of age and older.  If you reside in Auburn, Charlton, Dudley, North Brookfield, Oxford, Paxton, Rutland, Southbridge, Spencer and Webster you will qualify for a $5.00 per course discount.
 In order to receive the $5 in-district discount, students must register under their own student profile.  Multiple registrations under one student profile will not qualify for multiple in-district discounts.
 
Q:  How do I register?
 
A:  You may register on-line, by mail, in person, by phone or by fax. 
      On-Line:     Go to baypath.net/bpce and click on Sign In.  Create a new student     
                         profile, complete the form and Submit.  After you have created your profile, click on any of the Categories listed within "Browse" to search classes, or use the "Search" in the top right hand corner to find the classes you are looking for.

Q:  What is the Refund Policy?

   STANDARD REFUND POLICY: In order to receive a full tuition refund, cancellations for all classes (exception:  Motorcoach Trips or Off Site Tours/Shows) must be made 5 calendar days prior to start date of class. Students assume the risk of all personal/family or business affairs. NO REFUNDS OR PARTIAL REFUNDS less than 5 calendar days prior to start date of class will be made. Refunds will only be given if the class is cancelled by Bay Path Evening School.  Refunds may take 3-4 weeks to process. 

   MOTORCOACH TOURS/SHOWS REFUND POLICY: In order to receive a full refund, cancellations for all Motorcoach Trips or Off Site Tours/Shows must be made 10 calendar days prior to date of trip/show. Students assume the risk of all personal/family or business affairs. NO REFUNDS OR PARTIAL REFUNDS less than 10 calendar days prior to date of trip will be made. Refunds will only be given if a trip/show is cancelled by Bay Path Evening School.  Refunds may take 3-4 weeks to process.

   CREDIT MEMO POLICY:  If you do not qualify for a refund, a CREDIT MEMO (exception:  No Credit Memos issued for Motorcoach Trips or Off Site Tours/Shows) will be issued according to the following prorated schedule.  This credit memo will expire one-year from issue date and is non-transferable.  The memo may be applied toward tuition for another course; however, NOT applicable to Motorcoach Trips or Off Site Tours/Shows.  The credit memo has no cash value. 
 
Withdrawal, less than 5 calendar days prior to class start date, 100% of course fee will be applied to a Credit Memo
Withdrawal after 1st class meeting - NO CREDIT MEMO
