Advanced Stained Glass

Pre-requisite:  Must have completed the 4-week beginner course or have a strong background working with stained glass
This class is designed to improve and perfect your basic techniques and therefore you must have completed the 4-week course or anyone who has worked with stained glass and needs a refresher course or who wants to perfect your skills in cutting, grinding, fitting pattern pieces, and soldering.  You are required to have your own tools and materials for this class so you may continue working on your project at home due to the time limit in class.  You will be taught how to maintain your tools properly according to the manufacturer’s instructions.  Students will not be required to purchase a grinder at this time.  You will have patterns with no more than 20 pieces to choose from at least 2 weeks prior to this session begins.  Patterns are available at Susan’s studio as well as all tools, chemicals and glass needed for purchase at her studio.  To schedule an appointment at her studio, contact Sue Bundeff at (508)523-9214 or email Bundeffglass@outlook.com.  (Class is limited to 8 students)    6 weeks/15 hours
PLEASE NOTE: This is a direct course requiring individual manual dexterity.  If you have any medical conditions or are pregnant, please consult your physician prior to registration.  Wearing any type of open toe shoes or shorts is prohibited at class for safety reasons.
