Whether you're a total newbie or a grazing enthusiast, we’ll be diving into the delicious world of charcuterie board design in this hands-on night class. You’ll learn how to build a board that’s as stunning as it is scrumptious - one that says, “Yes, I absolutely did that myself!”
You’ll learn how to:
• Pair savory, sweet, and crunchy bites like a pro
• Arrange cheeses, cured meats, fruits, and spreads with picture-worthy flair
• Create mini themes to impress any guest
• Master the basics of balance, texture, and color for edible art
• Explore unique additions to leave a signature mark on every creation
This board will feature: apple, pear , grape / 3 different cheeses / caramels, fig jam or honey, salted caramel nuts, sunflower seeds / salami, hard pepperoni, apple sausage / variety of crackers/carbs and other seasonal harvest items. You will leave this class with your own board and food items.
Whether you're hosting a gathering, planning a cozy date night, or just treating yourself, you’ll leave with a full heart, a full board, and plenty of delicious tips and tricks.
No prior experience needed: Just bring your appetite and creativity. I’ll supply all the goodies (material fee of $25 - cash only due to the instructor on night of class). Come hungry, leave happy!
