Welcome to our "Yoga for All" class, a welcoming and inclusive space designed to support individuals of all backgrounds and experience levels in their yoga journey. Please read:  No textbook needed, but kindly bring your mat. Two blocks, a small towel or stretch band, and a water bottle could be helpful, but are not required. Please dress comfortably.
