This hands-on course is designed to guide participants through the art of pasta making in a detailed 3-hour session. Participants will learn the essentials of creating fresh pasta from scratch, focusing on dough preparation and shaping techniques then enjoying the delicious results of their efforts.
You will be hand crafting two pasta shapes fettuccine and ravioli. Your fettuccine will be served to you with a brown butter and sage sauce. Ravioli , you will fill with ricotta and parmigiana cheese served with a weekday tomato sauce.
