Participants will learn together the essentials of creating fresh pasta from scratch, focusing on dough preparation and shaping techniques then enjoying the delicious results of their efforts.
You will master the farfalle shape pasta also known as bow tie pasta .
You will enjoy your pasta with a red sauce ,some favorite pizza toppings that includes pepperoni and mushrooms and, of course, freshly grated mozzarella cheese.
