You will learn the basics of making bread from scratch, using yeast. This class is instructed with a hands-on step-by-step approach that will culminate with bread to take home. You will make a  cinnamon raisin bread that is Carol’s personal creation that is everyone’s favorite, and a sour dough bread coming in a very close second, an anadama bread that is an old New England recipe featured at the Public House Bakery and the Yugoslavian Coffee Cake  that is incredibly delicious and sure to impress. These breads will have your family and friends wanting more! This class is limited to 10 students. 4 weeks/10 hours
