This training program meets the requirements for Food Protection Manager Certification that are required for the operation of most food service establishments.  All training materials incorporate the latest information from the most recent FDA Food Code.  ServSafe Certification has been deemed valid, reliable and legally defensible, as well as transferable between jurisdictions. HRFoodSafe offers ServSafe Training from the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation.  They are also CP-FS certified (Certified Professional in Food Safety) by The National Environmental Health Association.  You will receive your book in the mail prior to start of class and it will be your responsibility to review the book in order to be prepared for class.  PLEASE NOTE: If you register too close to the start date of the class, you will receive your book on the night of the class.   1 night/6 hours
