Flow Yoga

 This class features a vinyasa approach to linking the conscious breath to an energizing and mindful flow. Designed for students who have previous yoga experience and are looking to strengthen and improve flexibility while increasing concentration and calming the mind. The flowing sequences of the class will move at a faster pace using the existing knowledge of the foundational poses of yoga. At the end of each class, students will enjoy a guided meditation by the instructor. Both yoga and meditation help to reduce stress, improve physical and mental health, and increase overall happiness. Please arrive to class at least 5 minutes early with a yoga mat, water and small blanket for meditation. Wear comfortable clothing and avoid heavy eating within an hour of class. 6 weeks/6 hours
