ClassGraphic This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Moving at a slower pace and open to all levels, you will learn the foundational poses and safe alignments of yoga. Each class provides a fun and supportive environment to explore the many benefits of yoga. Students are invited to find the connection between movement and breath while improving flexibility and strength. Through this 6 week journey, together we will attain a more peaceful mind and enhanced connection to our higher self. At the end of each class, students will enjoy guided meditation by the instructor. Both yoga and meditation help to reduce stress, improve physical and mental health and increase overall happiness. Please arrive to class at least 5 minutes early with a yoga mat, water and small blanket for meditation. Wear comfortable clothing and avoid heavy eating within an hour of class. 6 weeks/6 hours
