Learn about FHA, 203 K, VA, UDSA, Conventional and Homes for Heroes (a special program for nurses, teachers, police & firefighters). Each type of financing affects the buyer’s ability to purchase a home or a seller’s ability to complete a sale. Not only do requirements vary for a buyer’s eligibility but the house being purchased may need to meet certain criteria.
