You will learn the basics of making bread from scratch. This class is instructed with a hands-on step-by-step approach that will culminate with bread to take home. This class will feature a Portuguese Sweet Bread that is everyone’s favorite, an Anadama Bread that is an old New England recipe featured at the Public House Bakery, a Garlic & Cheese Bread that is so yummy it needs no explanation…a favorite with any meal, a Cinnamon Raisin Bread that is Carol’s personal creation that everyone loves and a Swedish Coffee Cake that will impress your family and friends. Join this class and learn how to make all these delicious creations! This class is limited to 10 students. 5 weeks/12½ hours
