Basic Welding Course

This eight-week Basic Welding Course will mainly cover MIG welding but will also touch on TIG, Stick and Oxy fuel welding.  Former students are welcome to enroll in the course and may bring in small projects to work on or build upon their welding skills. Projects must be approved in advance by the instructor (pfogarty@baypath.net) and be taken home after each class due to space restrictions. For former students -  Any additional metal used for your project may incur an additional fee.

REQUIRED FOR THE FIRST NIGHT OF CLASS:
  • Welding Hood with # 10 Shade
  • Welding Jacket or Coat
  • Leather Work Shoes
  • Safety Glasses
  • Welding Gloves
(Class is limited to 10 students)  8 weeks/24 hours
