Join us for our Introduction to Yoga and Meditation Class this fall! Introduction to Yoga with Meditation will include gentle yoga poses focused on stretching, strengthening and breathing. We will incorporate meditation into the beginning and end of class focusing on our intentions and a different theme every week. No textbook needed, but kindly bring your mat. Two blocks, a small towel or stretch band, and a water bottle could be helpful, but are not required. Please dress comfortably. 10 weeks/10 hours
