Knowing the life cycle, soil preferences and nutritional needs of the asparagus plant enables home gardeners to establish raised bed plantings that will produce for decades. This workshop will teach proper bed preparation, variety selection, planting, cultivation and harvest, along with disease and insect control for this valuable crop.  1 night/2 hours
